Terms of Service

ReQueue is a follow-up intelligence tool for commercial contractors. It connects to your Gmail account, reads your mail to identify the quotes worth following up, and surfaces a prioritised follow-up list with draft messages waiting in your own Gmail drafts.

If your business email is on Microsoft 365, ReQueue connects to that mailbox instead, in the same way, and the drafts wait in your Outlook Drafts folder.

ReQueue does not guarantee revenue recovery, close rates, or any specific business outcome. The suggestions ReQueue surfaces are based on pattern analysis of your email history and calibration data you provide.

You must sign in with a Google account, or with a Microsoft work account if your business email is on Microsoft 365, to use ReQueue. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and the devices you use to access ReQueue.

Each workspace is tied to a company. The workspace owner manages team members, billing, and settings. Reps have access only to their own follow-up list and activity history.

You agree to provide accurate information during setup and calibration. Inaccurate calibration data will reduce the quality of recommendations.

You agree not to:

• Use ReQueue to send unsolicited bulk email or spam
• Attempt to access another workspace's data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of ReQueue's AI models
• Use ReQueue for any purpose that violates applicable law
• Resell or redistribute ReQueue as a service to third parties

ReQueue holds two Google permissions: read access to your mail, and permission to create a draft in your mailbox. When you connect Gmail, you consent to ReQueue reading your mail to identify the quotes worth following up.

For messages that belong to a quote ReQueue is tracking, it also keeps the message content, encrypted and time-limited, so that a follow-up can answer what your client actually said. Content from any other mail is not kept, except a small, redacted set of emails you sent yourself, used so that drafts sound like you. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is retained and for how long. To stop all email access, disconnect Gmail from Settings or revoke access from your Google account.

ReQueue does not send email. Every follow-up is written into your Drafts folder and stays there, so it leaves your account only when you open the draft in Gmail and send it yourself. Nothing goes out automatically, and nothing goes out without you. This is a commitment about how our software behaves, and we enforce it in code: no part of ReQueue calls a send API, and an automated test fails our build if anyone adds one.

When you connect a Microsoft 365 mailbox, you authorize ReQueue, for yourself and for your organization where you have authority to do so, to read that mailbox, keep the content described in our Privacy Policy, and create and manage its own drafts there, in order to identify and follow up on your quotes. ReQueue holds Microsoft permissions to read and write your mail and to read your mailbox settings, and does not ask for permission to send. It uses the write permission only to place a follow-up in your Drafts folder and to update or remove a draft it placed there, after checking that the draft is still unsent; it does not change, move or delete any other message. The same retention rules apply. To stop all email access, disconnect your mailbox from Settings, or remove ReQueue from your Microsoft account at My Apps.

Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the controls available to you. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ReQueue costs $149.99 per rep/month, billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Onboarding and support are included, and there is no setup fee.

A new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial, and no card is needed to start it. If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, follow-ups continue for another 7 days, and the workspace then becomes read-only until you subscribe.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. We do not give refunds or credits for partial months or unused time.

When a paid month ends without renewal, your workspace becomes read-only. Your quotes and history stay where they are, and subscribing again puts them back to work. To remove your data entirely, delete your account as described in section 10.

ReQueue and its technology are owned by ClearOak & Co., LLC. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership of your email content, contact information, or activity history. You grant ReQueue a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

ReQueue is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of classifications, the quality of draft messages, or the completeness of opportunity detection.

AI-generated content (drafts, summaries, classifications) may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all output before acting on it, especially before sending any email.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearOak & Co., LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of ReQueue after the update constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas City, Missouri.
