How it works
Nothing to install and no new habits. It reads the email you already send and does the remembering for you.
When you tap Write my reply
Not a template filled in overnight. The reply is written the moment you ask, so it knows what happened this morning, and it sounds like you.
The deal
The quote you sent, every option and price on it, and any revision since.
The whole conversation
Every email back and forth, in the client’s own words, and anything you already promised them.
What only you know
The calls, texts, site visits and notes you logged. Just say what happened and the next reply knows it.
Your company
Your services, warranties, policies and the answers your team has given before.
It never makes up a price, a date or a promise. When a client asks something your company has not told it, it asks you instead of guessing.
See a morning with it

Always on
The work is already quoted. What slips is the third follow-up, and the ninth, when the week gets full. ReQueue keeps going.
We follow up until you get an answer: 9 follow-ups in the first three months, never more than two weeks of silence, then two monthly check-ins and a friendly close-the-file email in month six.

Before you connect
ReQueue is an always-on sales assistant for specialty trades, built for the sales reps and estimators who send the quotes. It connects to your company mailbox and watches every open quote, so no lead goes quiet because a busy week got in the way.
It does the thinking a good salesperson would. It reads each reply, works out whether the client is pushing on price, asking for time, asking a question or ready to buy, and decides the right next move.
When you are ready, it writes that follow-up in your own voice. You read it, change anything, save it to your Drafts folder and press send. Nothing goes out without you.
ReQueue grew out of ClearOak & Co., a consultancy for specialty trades.
ReQueue is built and operated by ClearOak & Co., LLC. The official website is requeue.io, and support is at support@requeue.io.
Specialty trades who quote commercial work by email, and whose sales reps and estimators spend the day on site rather than at a desk.
It is built for small businesses. Most of them run no CRM: a spreadsheet, an inbox and memory. ReQueue gets them organized with nothing more than the mailbox they already use.
Both. ReQueue works with Gmail and Google Workspace, and with Outlook and Microsoft 365 work or school accounts. Personal Outlook.com and Hotmail accounts cannot be connected.
Some companies on Microsoft 365 require an administrator to approve new apps once. If yours does, ReQueue gives you a ready-written request to send them.
No. ReQueue does not send client follow-ups. When you ask for one, it writes the draft, you save it to your Drafts folder in Gmail or Outlook, and you read it and press send.
It never asks for Gmail’s send-only permission or Microsoft’s send permission, and a connection that came back carrying either one is refused. You are the only one who sends.
No. ReQueue finds the quotes in your sent mail on its own. The first look covers the last 30 days, then it works back through the last 90 days in the background.
A quote it cannot see, such as one given in person or over the phone, can be added manually. When it is unsure whether an email is a quote, it asks you.
9 follow-ups in the first three months, never more than two weeks of silence, then two monthly check-ins and a friendly close-the-file email in month six.
If they still have not answered, you decide: confirm it lost, or keep it open with a check-in every quarter. Follow-ups land on working days, never on weekends or holidays.
Every message waits for you. Nothing sends until you have read it and tapped send, and you can move, pause or stop any deal at any time.
The plan changes to match what they said. A question gets an answer. Price pushback gets your number held, never a discount. A request for time gets the pause agreed and a date to come back.
A request for a revised number gets a committed date, never an invented price. A request for a call gets no email at all: that one is yours. A yes is marked won, and a no stops the follow-ups for good.
Yes. ReQueue learns your opener, your sign-off, your phrasing and your signature from emails you have already sent, and refreshes that every week. Nothing is written from a template.
An email at 7am your time listing every deal that needs you today, worst first. Tap Write my reply on any of them and we write the follow-up right then, in your voice. A midday update and a 4pm wrap-up follow on working days.
You can have it every weekday, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only, or only when something is urgent.
Your mailbox is checked for replies every 15 minutes, day and night. When a client says go, the deal is marked won and you get an email about it straight away.
The owner gets a scorecard across every rep: open quotes, overdue follow-ups, value still in play, wins, and the follow-up work each rep has done.
It also arrives by email on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am the owner’s time: the last 30 days against the 30 before, every rep side by side, and the one thing to do first.
The owner never sees a rep’s drafts or messages. Owners invite reps from the Team page, and each rep connects their own mailbox.
$149.99 per rep/month, with onboarding and support included. No setup fee, and you can cancel anytime.
The first 7 days are free, with the whole product and no card required.
Nothing switches off. Follow-ups keep going for another 7 days while you decide, so no deal is cut off mid-conversation.
After that the workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe. Every quote, reply and note stays where it is, and subscribing puts it straight back to work.
It keeps the content only of emails on a quote it is tracking, encrypted before storage. Everything else is read in passing and not kept. Attachments are read for the figures a quote needs, then discarded.
Stored email is deleted 90 days after a deal closes, 18 months after the last activity on an open one, or within 24 hours of disconnecting. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Yes. Disconnect your mailbox from Settings at any time, and the email content ReQueue stored is deleted within 24 hours. Deleting your account from Settings removes all of your data.
No. ReQueue runs in the browser on your phone or computer, and your brief arrives by email. Everything works from a phone, including sending a follow-up from the truck.
